Hydronix dryers are an economic way to provide compressed air that has -40°F, -80°F, or -100°F pressure dew point. All models use a small portion of the dried compressed air that exits the dryer to regenerate the desiccant media. The twin-tower design allows simultaneous compressed air drying and desiccant media regeneration for uninterrupted compressed air flow. Shifting from drying-mode to regeneration-mode is automatically controlled. Hydronix dryers include high quality components that enable them to operate reliably over a long service life, and they are available in common drying capacities.

Genesis DHB dryer models efficiently dry compressed air to -40°F pressure dew point. A small portion of the dried compressed air is heated and directed through the desiccant media before it exits the dryer to regenerate the desiccant. This heated purge process maximizes the efficiency of this method of compressed air drying.

Genesis DBB heated blower regeneration dryers incorporate a dedicated blower that forces heated atmospheric air through the desiccant media to regenerate it. This eliminates the use of a small portion of the dried compressed air from the dryer for the purge process. -40 F dew point air is standard. Lower dew points are optional.
The twin-tower design allows simultaneous compressed air drying and heated regeneration of the desiccant media for uninterrupted compressed air flow. Shifting from drying-mode to regeneration-mode is automatically controlled. Options are available to meet application demands and user preferences. An option is available that allows the dryer to automatically take corrective action in the event of valve fault to allow continued air drying capability.
