Standard Service Procedure

*Measure and record all data and pressures
*Service the electric motor(s) according to manufactures instructions
*Check motor overload and time delay settings
*Check connection of the electrical cables at the motor terminals
*Oil analysis
*Check condensate drain valve(s) for proper operation
*Check for air and oil leaks
*Check functioning of indicator lamps and gauges
*Check functioning of LED’s and gauges
*Check all high pressure flexible hoses for deterioration
*Check operation of all shutdown and alarm switches
*Check all bolt connections for tightness
*Inspect safety valve(s)
*Check operation of regulating system
*Inspect drive coupling element
*Inspect belts
*Inspect cooling fan(s)
*Check functioning of the unloading valve
*Clean the compressor
*Inspect for proper oil level
*Measure and record voltage and amperage
*Inspect motor starter contacts
*Inspect and set back pressure regulator
*Test run compressor to verify proper operation
*Take air sample to meet CGA Grade E air quality
*Replace worn fill adapter tips
*Replace worn dump valve pistons
